How Teeth-in-a-Day Works
You receive two sets of teeth. The day of your procedure you will leave with your healing set of teeth or “temporaries”. They are nearly indistinguishable from your “finals”.
The temporaries allow for the implant and your bone to securely fuse, which is the foundation to your implants. A proper and complete integration of implant and bone is why your All-on-4® is so strong and lasts so long. This process is known as osseointegration and usually takes 4 to 6 months.
During the healing period you’re taking your temporaries for a ‘test drive’. Do you like the shape? The color? Is your bite correct?
You have ample time to learn what you like or don’t like about your teeth. This way you can communicate to this to us and we can make sure your finals are exactly what you want.
